Would you prefer to vote on a character for the pinup or for a sketch to be completed in full colour?

Kana's more likely to be in the sketch upgrades, as she's already won a poll (the second poll ever held, she tied with Ash so they appeared together). After a character has won, I don't place them in the polls again until all the other characters have had a shot!

Yeah I don't want to eliminate the previous pinup completely! Just offer a little variety so it isn't always a solo character :)

That's a good suggestion! Though I'd like to keep the vote options to 4 so the votes aren't so spread out, so perhaps two sketches to be upgraded, and two new pairings? The alternative I was considering is doing two sketch upgrades followed by one pinup; it would fix the alternating gender/sexuality problem. The poll is pretty decisively in the direction of sketch upgrades, but I don't want to leave out the solo pinup all-together either for the other voters, so this would be a balance of each?

A fully colored pinup every now and then would be great. I don't want to lose the scenes, but if it lets you stretch your artistic muscles, then I say go for it.

I'd be cool with alternating between them. There have been plenty of sketches that I'd have loved to see get finished. Another suggestion: what if the vote each month just consisted of sketches from the previous months alongside groupings of characters that all meet the gender/orientation qualification. For example, say one month you want to do a lesbian pinup. You pick the four previous F/F sketches, going back however far is needed, and put them alongside four other pairings of your female characters like you've done before. Mark the sketches as (sketch upgrade). You wouldn't need to alternate and balance your gay/straight stuff in a weird way like this, while still offering the sketch upgrading. :D

Yes, I considered this too. I'd have to do two sketch polls/two character pinups in a row though, or else I'd be doing two gay images in a row or two straight as I alternate between the two types of poll, and I know a lot of patrons are invested in keeping that balance between gay and straight art XP

I unfortunately wouldn't have the time to do more than one full colour piece a month, as they're so time consuming on their own. Usually the single-character takes me between 2-3 days of work, so it would have to be one or the other each month :P

I'm kind of torn on this one because I rather like the pinups but the premise of having the sketches fully colored is rather tempting as well. Perhaps a rotation of one month a pinup and the next a colored sketch and so forth?

Or maybe a mix and match, color a couple of selected sketches or pinups for a couple of characters?
