Hi Little Oni, You raise some valid points and we will definitely take them on board. Whilst we will look to improve, I'll try to offer some answers if I can in the meantime; a) The game has only been available since mid-november. We don't yet have enough of a content base to make a 'gated' free version. If we released an 'old' version it would include bugs that have now been resolved and wouldn't represent the game in its current state. There is a free version coming but we want more content out before that time. b) This is very much an oversight and reflective of the fact that we've relied on Steam for distribution in the past, Patreon is a first for us and until recently there was a single welcome for all tiers (even those without game access). You make an excellent suggestion and so we'll add a launcher link to the welcome messages. With regard to Launcher issues - the overwhelming majority of users have been able to access the game without problems. That said we recognise that a minority have had problems with downloading/updating the game, a situation which we're not happy with and are working to resolve. Of these users, almost all have game access once they follow the launcher support steps on our website (some AV or access rights issues prevent the launcher running properly). Patreon integration is required for Avatar/Ascended build differentiation as well as other content entitlements that are in development (such as founder content). It sounds like you've had a disappointing experience that doesn't reflect the standards to which strive; we're more than happy to refund your pledge if you message us directly (we don't unilaterally refund without user request as Patreon strips membership and consequently Patrons lose gameplay access immediately). This is an issue I have encountered with various developers. You must make your game available. What reason do I have to pay for a product I A) Don't know what it is. You have no easy access to your free or public version. I don't even know if you have one. You should. It's not too likely anyone will pay for a product in development if they cannot at least try it before. Also don't put a version that's not representative of the game or that's very limited, it will give the impression that the game is garbage. B) Cannot play even once I do pay once. To download the launcher once I did pay I had to search for in on your page. Why? Just why? Why don't I have a link on your landing page, on your "thank you for subscribing" or anywhere else that's EASY to find? Why do I have to delve through your post log? Once I do download the launcher, surprise, it doesn't work, it says I have to be a patron for 24 hours or something. Well, first instinct is to cancel my subscription immediately because I don't want to try the game in 24 hours, I want to try it now. Then it starts downloading, then it extracts and surprise the launcher doesn't work at all. The game won't launch, the launch button si grey. Restart the launcher, "log int to Patreon" shows up again. Click it, nothing happens. Spam click it, another 2Gb of download, extract, back to square 2. Everything working as inteded I see. EDIT: And if I go to the folder where I downloaded it, the game is there, it works and it doesn't seem to need patreon integration for anything. Just what the hell, man. At least I can try it, so it seems, that's a plus. Ditch the launcher if you can't make it work.

Hi Please try the following: -Ensure you login with Patreon using your Patreon Email & password, not via Google etc. -Once logged in, please allow the launcher to connect to Patreon -This will allow you to Check for Updates and Download the Game. If you're having issues with popups related to your Local Wifi Portal or Firewall, please try disabling your firewall or anti-virus, one user could not login due to bullguard. I also had this issue, but was able to get it to work by logging into patreon account and clicking check for updates till I got the prompt for download.

i also cant log in fully it wont allow me to accept permissions
