Frost's coping strategies when it comes to fear of abandonment aren't great, but at least Cinder gets it?
I'm not going to lie, I was torn between them having a fallout as a result of Frost's insecurities and Cinder's penchant for keeping big secrets, but I find it really frustrating when characters who are meant to love each other fail, time and time again, to really communicate with each other. Plus, I think Cinder's at least self-aware enough to know that leaving Frost for all those years was bound to have emotional repercussions. I figure there's enough conflict with the hell-touched, parallel universe crap (and we STILL haven't gotten back to Fiera's story either), so I went with this being a brief disagreement/miscommunication rather than an on-running fight.
