I'd like to contribute to creating your mod - although I'm just a web designer with some development knowledge, but maybe I can like write biographies for characters or something like that - I always wanted to be a part of something like this, especially AI stuff and my fav game. Let me know if this would be relevant at all.

Fair enough, I tried to follow your steps to install it myself and honestly it's well beyond me, even if it's just one or two npcs I'd be more than happy

It's quite hard to create something like this to satisfy all the players, especially in Skyrim - where you have a bunch of different game editions that are not compatible with each other and players who play with a lot of mods. There are also some other limits (such as character limit in Inworld side), TTS issues etc. That being said, I'm planning to have at least "a version" of it for people who could simply download and play, though I can't give much details about its scope and compatibility level though because I haven't started working on that just yet

Just curious, are you working to make this an “installable” mod in the future? Also this looks amazing right now and I can’t bring to words how much I want this to be a working mod!

No unfortunately, you have to build and compile it yourself from the source code. It's not downloadable like regular mod at the moment.
