That's the most logical explanation, This card also further backs up X's size being bigger then Uranus and Neptune alongside Alvaro flatout saying "Yes" when I asked him if X was bigger and older then Uranus and Neptune. Meaning that he was either ejected 4.6 billion years ago or when they were merely babies

They revealed that Planet X’s radius is 25,600 kilometers while Neptune is 24,622 and Uranus is 25,362 kilometers which means in Solarballs Planet X is bigger than Uranus and Neptune.
