There's not much to make the "impossible moons" compete, but aside the everlasting bigger mass, faster orbit, cooler/hottest temperature, who's nearest to Mars, I came up with who we can see more often in the sky if we're on Mars surface (Phobos 3 times: at dawn, late afternoon and at night. As for Deimos, once for a couple of night if I remember correctly, because it's barely out its areostationary orbit making its revolution almost the same of its whole rotation. Thus, Daimos will disappear from the skies from some days)
