Since I've heard that the game doesn't work for some people, we're trying to find a solution for it, but we don't have enough information to try to fix the issue. If you vote the game doesn't work, please give us information about your computer's spec (Is it Mac, Window 10, Windows Vista, Linux, etc.? and are you running in 32 or 64 bits?) The problem could also come from the gaphics card, but we're not sure if an issue coming from this can be fixed.
If the game crashes, The absolute best you could do to help us fix this issue though, is provide us with the game's logs after you got your error. You can send the logs via PM or to my email: mugenyd@gmail.com
The logs can be found here: C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\Cervius Game\logs
If you can't see the appdata folder, you can follow these steps:
1-Go to Windows Explorer.
2-Open the C: drive.
3-Click Organize on the menu bar.
4-Select Folder and Search options.
5-Select the View tab.
6-Under Files and Folders > Hidden files and folders, select the option to Show hidden files, folders and drives.
7-Click OK.

Threeclaws did some more changes to the game to improve stability and all kinds of things, but it won't be available until the next update in April because we've started adding content and changing core stuff of the game. Hopefully, when it gets released it'll run better for you ;)

I did download the updated version, but no dice. Oh well, I'll just have to save up :)

Yep, like Demos said, you could try to download the new version as there was a lot of fixes in it, but it's also possible that your graphic card is too weak (or the drivers might need some updates)

Hi! did you try re-downloading the prototype a few days after it was released? There was an update added to the same download link (instead of a new post) that made the game much smoother. Also before the update the Soren video didn't work for anyone so I was wondering if this is your issue, with the new update for me the Soren video plays even smoother than the scene in the very first game prototype! I just thought this might be your issue since I had the same problem before,i hope it can help!

My game doesn't crash, but it is janky with lots of lag and the video with Soren doesn't work. Pretty sure my graphics card is too weak :(

Aaah, I think this might be related to the graphics card then, to have a chance at fixing your issue, we'd need the crash logs that are in the folder I mentioned above (it should be a simple txt file) (Also, you're not the only one I heard that crashed, that's why I'm trying to find out if it was a widespread issue ;) )

I'm the one who crashes in this game. My computer is Windows 10 and Windows 64 bit. I'm sorry, C: drive got an error and can't complete the procedure.
