- To extract .zip and .rar files these are some of the programs you can use - Winrar, Winzip, 7-Zip , or even the default Windows 10/Mac extractor. I use Winrar.

Notes:
Sorry, I went fast on the material set up part, I assure you it's a very basic set up. If you pass it towards the end of that part, it shows the whole thing. I know I only showed how to do this with hair, but it's the exact same process with any CAS content, so clothes/accessories/etc it's the same.
