My New Family 0.14 Release!
🕑 Added 2020-09-30 19:00:05 +0000 UTCHere it is people, the biggest update to My New Family ever. Six ingame days that are technically seven ingame days in terms of pure content. Lots and lots of lewd scenes and of course a lot more story development when you went a certain way with Sandra!
Changelog:

- Added 20 animations
Bugfixes/Tweaks:
- Fixed two gallery entries where the replay didn't stop at the right time
- Fixed the Lucy gallery entry where the MC's name was not set correctly.

Now some very important informations for 0.15: Make sure to save when the game prompts you to save after you completed 0.14. This is EXTREMELY important. With 0.15 the game will practically start a new season. What this means is that the filesize will be way smaller again but will only contain the content of 0.15. This means none of the old gallery entries etc. All your decisions will carry over and if you saved at the right moment you will continue like usual. So please, make sure to save when the game tells you to save and only load that savegame to continue with 0.15. You can make a new save slot for every "route" you played. Just make sure to save at the same screen again ( in a different slot of course )
I'm doing this to keep the game a reasonable size. I've been adding content for one year now and it shows - the game is over 3 gigabyte big. While that is not huge by any means I'd still prefer it to start smaller again. So this is why I will do this with 0.15.

Mega may not be a problem for you, but for a lot of users it is a huge hassle. Also, you have to think about it from the development side. For each release on F95zone, the dev has to upload 3 versions (pc, mac, android) on three different file sharing sites (for a total of 9 uploads). This means that the bigger the file gets, the longer this process takes. Also, developers have to back up all of their work as they are working on a project, preferably on drives (or usb sticks) separate from their hard drive so that if the main drive goes bye bye, the game is not lost. Same thing is true for Daz3D and all of its' assets. They have to be backed up as well in case of a catastrophic failure. Reducing the game size may seem trivial, but it really is not. While I would prefer to see entire games together as well, there are many very logical reasons for doing otherwise.

For the record, I would prefer keeping everything as a single game/season/whatever. I don't mind the game being however big it needs to be. Mega can be a bit of trouble, but you can split the file into multiple zips if need be. Hopefully, eventually, the final game goes on steam and they have all the bandwidth you could ever want.

You can download 0.15 but you can't play it before you finished 0.14. You have to load a specific savegame that you make at the end of 0.14.

Good idea with the restart for 0.15. MEGA can be a pain in the ass when you have multiple games you want from there and a 5 gig limit.
