Another week another progress update!
As some of you may have noticed I was able to release the first 0.15 beta a few days ago. And so far it looks like the transition from 0.14 to 0.15 worked out more or less. Patrons had to replay the last day of the 0.14 public release but once they did, they were able to start 0.15 right away.
As you also may have noticed, I'm taking it a bit slower. And while I don't feel very good about it, I think I had to... Normally by this time you would have Beta 2 already and Beta 3 would be close as well. While Beta 2 is making good progress ( will be released this week ) I'm still working at a slower pace than usual. After the immense work that 0.14 was I think I'm just not able to keep this pace up. The good news is that 0.15 is shaping up to be at least as big as 0.14 in terms of content. So thats a plus, right?
I was also working on My New Memories a bit while I got a little blockage in terms of writing for MNF( This blockage is gone now so I'm able to write more for MNF again ). I made some more renders ( you can see three of them here and one on the discord server ) and I'm making good progress on that department. More infos for My New Memories will come once I'm closer to a playable release :).
After the little blockage I got I feel better now. I think I have a lead on where I want to take 0.15 and what kind of events and decisions I want to introduce. After you had to make a few in 0.14 you will also have to make some in 0.15 that will be important. I hope it's okay for you guys when I slow a bit down, the last thing I want is to burn out and get a blockage that lasts longer.
And I think thats it for this week! I'll see you guys for the next post whenever something comes up I have to share!

Taking your time is a good thing, and as you can see, everybody is pretty much in agreement: a Rested K7, is a happy K7! Take the time you need to put out the content you want to put out! We're still here, and we will be, because your work speaks for itself! Even if it takes longer, what you put out is often heads and tails above some of the other things I've played, and I love looking forward to more wholesome content!
Like said already and before, slow down. 4 day updates each month instead of 6 is still more content than most put out each month.

Don't stress yourself too much. Just go with the flow and if the flow stops take a few days off. Nobody will be dissapointed since you have delivered so much content and spread the love to all of your patreons and everybody that plays your game. So we will all wait patiently until the next release and will not put any pressure on you! Thanks for your had work!! It is really appreciated!!!

Agreed with the above peeps. Take your time, maybe chill for a week. Your updates are always so large and frequent that I really wouldn't mind waiting an extra week or two for release. And your health is far more important than us having to wait longer.

I think we can all agree, that YOU being in good shape is the priority here. There is no use in burning the candle at both ends, as it were. A relaxed and happy Killer also makes for a better VN, I would say 😁

Considering how many people told you a how many times that you should slow it down a bit my guess would be that common opinion on a little slower pace is: GOOD! FINALLY! It`s my opinion for sure.
