My New Family 0.18 release!
🕑 Added 2021-04-11 19:00:18 +0000 UTCHere it is people, the release of 0.18! This is going to be a more laid back update compared to the extreme lewdness we had in 0.17. You will also find new sides of the girls that you maybe didn't expect and of course, will make progress with certain girls that didn't get as much love!
IMPORTANT: You will most likely get an error when you load your savegame. Click on “Rollback” a few times until you see an image again. This should fix it. Alternatively, you can load a savegame from 0.16 if you still have one.
Changelog:
- Added six more ingame days
- Added over 800 CG's
- Added 21 Animations
Bugfixes/Tweaks:
- Tweaked the gallery a bit ( since we have more characters for the gallery coming up soon )
- Reverted back to Renpy 7.3.5

My initial plan was to let MC Propose to Lucy on the last day of the update. But since we already had an update ending like that, I will move the proposal to 0.19 and won't let the game end on this cliffhanger again. Instead you will get an event that I wanted to do for a long long time and that will probably leave you a bit speechless and/or concerned. Can't wait to hear your feedback regarding this!
This coming week will probably a week where I will take time off from My New Family and focus on other things. After this week things should go back to normal, just keep an eye out on patreon.

I noticed there are no images on the final .18 release for Android. I am downloading this copy to see if it fixes the problem.

Many thanks for the heads-up on the rollback ... I would have thought I was losing my mind. Bugger, clicked to fast ... I did notice one oddity in the background during the late pool scene animation, a bit of mistimed flickering of the images, no biggie, just unusual. Great story update this time, even with the fewer lewd scenes. I am one of the weirder people in that I am a little more focused on the story as opposed to the nudity and sex ... not that those aren't also well done, they are. I really do think the writing has tightened up and that you have the ability to wring emotions from us that watch/play you VN. Great update, can't wait for more.

You can download 0.18 and finish the content of 0.17 there, 0.18 contains all the stuff from 0.17 as well.
