A different progress update...

This will be a different progress update. I know I promised one for monday but I simply forgot. So I guess now is a better time for this. Keep in mind that I'm still taking it very slow with My New Family, so I won't talk about MNF here. This will be for monday!
I wanted to update you guys on a few things regarding My New Memories. Maybe make some things more clear again since I got a few questions regarding it lately.
As you know from My New Family I like to keep my games fairly "simple". You, the player, can decide if you want content ( with a specific girl ) or not. There are no real alternative paths, you pretty much decide for yourself how much of the game you want to see. This is just my personal preference in games in general. I'm personally not a huge fan of very different routes. And since My New Memories will also be a harem game I think it will be easier to just go for all of them, kinda like in My New Family. Which leads me to a few things I probably have to clarify.
There will never be a "dark path" in My New Memories. What I mean with that is that the MC will never creep up on his wards, he will never peep on them under the shower and he will never molest them in their sleep. I know that some people like this in games, and there is nothing wrong with that, but it's just not something I personally enjoy. I also learned my lesson with My New Family and will never force a character on you. I know that there are a few people that are not huge fans of Sandra in MNF and they just go with her because she is the reason you can get all the other girls. That is something I'm not going to do in My New Memories.
To just keep it simple: You decide for yourself if you want all of the content or if you don't want to see certain things. Don't like a characer? Then you will get the option to not see her that often. You will still get enough content even if you didn't go for a certain girl and I won't make it as obvious that you missed something ( in other words, no watching TV all day like the MNF mc ). And no, you will never be punished if you go for all girls. And neither will you be punished if you don't go for all girls.
Those are just a few things that I wanted to talk about. There will be more stuff like this coming soon, since the first public release of My New Memories is getting closer and closer. Oh by the way, I'm not spoiling who this person next to Anna is. But maybe you amazing people will guess it anyway.

MNM looks amazing and I am really looking forward to playing it. Your games are always heartwarming and dark routes would not fit in there by all means. Whoever digs that needs to play a different game! I am happy with MNF and the two days I was able to play MNM also made me yearn for more. So stick to what YOU like to write and do with the characters you have created. I am sure a lot of your patreons are here because your games give us a warm feeling in our hearts. And the lewd scence are also always nice. :-)
Honestly, I love the idea of no dark paths. But that's only because I hate upsetting virtual characters lol

I agree there are games where corruption fits, your games do not fit that bill. I would say however, dial back that one sister. I am not a fan of "the Dark Route" but she is really a push in that direction given the coffee shop interaction. Dark begets dark and with no light in the exchange it is easy to write her off.

I love Sandra! The sheer adoration she has for the MC is so heartwarming. I absolutely love it. I suppose those who crave such a thing IRL enjoy getting it in games, and others might not, but I adore Sandra more than anyone else. <3

Killer, I share much of your taste in games. I particularly dislike "corruption" and "submission" games. I like your approach both in MNF and MNM. I couldn't be happier with them.

Hey boss... The main thing I want a choice to avoid is ANAL... Sure, a lot of people love the rosebud, but many of us fans literally wince and speed-click/tap-spacebar through those mandatory butt-fk scenes. Disgusting to me. For those who think I'm crazy to request such a thing, no apologies. Just being truthful and requesting the OPTION to skip/avoid it. I turned down those events when I could... But sadly there are a few obligatory un-skippable moments in the mix.

Morgan, one of the wards of MC, can either be trans or female. It's the little black haired one. Depending on your choice you will get different stuff with her that explains her way of becoming trans.

It sounds you have it about right Killer. I dont like creepy MC's either and there are plenty. I think personal choice is very important. I always play for all girls and women and in MNF this can lead to a hectic agenda. I like Sandra but that's me. Even though I am trans I love women. Men well... They have a use LOL. Any chance of a trans in MNM? A good one mind not a female with a penis.

Wow, Killer, you have even increased in your standing as a dev even more. And I am so super excited about MNM now. Excepting the sleep stuff, I prefer your way of storytelling/playing to other games where I worry over each decision and save often, only to find a decision 3 updates back has returned to haunt me. So keep being awesome!!

I have to say that most of us HERE in Patron...on YOUR Patron understand that your work is way more than just a spank game. There are so many out there already. You add depth to the characters between their individual backgrounds, asperations, struggles and future dreams. This new project should be how YOU want to do it. Your style worked for MNF. It drew all of us in. It is set apart from the others out there because of it. Maybe someday if you want to experiment with the darker things- good- go for it. As it is now I (?we?) are enjoying exactly what you are doing and how you are doing it. It's all bringing happiness and healing while throwing social expectations to the wind. Good Job!

What there’s people who don’t like Sandra I mean I get people have there opinions and that’s fine but I personally see nothing wrong with her but I can’t wait for my new memories I’ve been waiting for more content to play I’m not a patient person but I know I have no choice in this situation lol but I play the version I have at least once a day since I downloaded it
