Haha yep, I wanted to make it feel like a potential real world established as much a possible, and I could definitely see turnover in that job being crazy just from people wanting to try it out once lol

I've always like the "Didn't know what I agreed to" or "missed the fine print" trope. In over your head and it's your fault is always nice.

So assuming 4 hour days and 20 hours per weeks, that's about five weeks at minimum. Or possibly less depending on more hours worked per day. That's... Honestly kinda fair considering a massive turn over rate. Training costs have got to be killer on the business (and on customers' wallets). At least she might make good money by the end of the first contractually obligated work period.
