Oswald Mosley created the British Union Fascists party. He support antisemitism and sought alliances with other Fascists Leaders such as Benito Mussolini and Adolf Hitler in the 1930's. Thats why in his speech he blamed "the bankers and the jews" and also why he wanted Tommy to fire there Jewish banker/accounted.
