Dropbox has similar TOS as Mega, it'll be fine until someone reports it again... Unfortunately :(
Other pixiv users are putting expiration dates on their downloadable links.
Another artist I follow uses a service called anonfiles.com

Someone here probably honestly reported you. Normally it shouldn't get banned... drop box works.. you can make a discord for releases.

Some people use anonfiles.com for upload as well. Hope this helps!
Also, when you upload, please encrypt with password. Password encrypted files seem to cause less trouble with file hosts for some reason.
