Episode 11 Update - 12/31/23

I’m a little more behind than I’d like to be at this point, but we’re moving along and should be capping off character animation soon. Here’s a rundown of where we are with the scenes:
Scenes A and B are mostly done. No changes for a while now. I have small amounts to fill in there, but the bulk of it’s complete and I’ll be putting off finishing them for now until the other scenes are finished.
Scene C has been animated on stream and is almost 100% complete. I plan on finishing this scene on stream, lipsync and all. I might have one to three streams left on it.
Scene D is now in a state where all the key poses are done and several characters are nearly 100%. I need to make some final adjustments and pass this off to one of my animators who can fill in the bounciness that I need out of the action bits. I wanted to do a lot of this myself, but I have too much other stuff to do right now.
Scene F is now back in my hands. The animator that was working on it did some fantastic work and now I’ve got to finalize it and add the other parts. If I can get this scene locked down, I’ll be a lot more confident. I plan on focusing majorly on this, and then animating the less spoiler-y parts of it on stream.
Huge, huge, progress on Scene X. The artist I’ve been working with to pull this off has completed everything I needed from him. It’s now up to me to bring it to life, and in that respect, it’s halfway done. I had a very convoluted vision for this scene and we totally pulled it off. What we’ve got here will most certainly surprise you.
Unfortunately, I didn't get a lot done over the holidays and my priorities were elsewhere. But now I can fully dedicate my time again. Now it's time to buckle down and finish this. Other than character animation, I also have music and special effects that have yet to be touched, but I am less worried about those, as character animation is where all the time goes. I anticipate this episode dropping in early 2024, hopefully in the first quarter, but I'll keep you posted.
