Indeed, it was a Kaspersky AV. I tried the same using virustotal with no negative results, so i wonder why it could be. Either way, thanks for reaching out.

We've reached out to the creator and the answer was Kaspersky gives out a false flag for his executable. We ran Windows Defender on it earlier and it came back clean, but let us know if you're using some other antivirus and we'll contact them again <3
