I can understand were you are coming from but she does say when she flys in the show, that she would/could never fly higher then her.
They're on a potty competition here, not in a proper fight. And those two are gonna be left behind, thus losing the race. Not to mention she does mock even Satsuki when she shows off that she can fly :p
Very uncharacteristic of Jakuzure to call Satsuki a loser.
