I actually did consider something like that at one point, since you're completely right, Dalvir had to become athletic from all of that! There's still a chance this could go in his favor, but we'll just have to wait and see in the next chapter ;D

Man, I felt my heart sink for Dalvir there. Especially when Raj was talking shit. Was really hoping Dalvir would knock his brother's lights out. He could probably do it to. Years of survival and needing to run, climb, jump and endure probably gave the guy quite the athleticism. Not like that matters now at that size. :-:

Yeah, it's in part that the Bakshi's are a family of status that's existed in the Shrinking nation for a number of generations, while the only shrinking nation born Park we've encountered is Marissa. Big difference in cultures there result in very different views on size matters!

Glad you're feeling it!! I initially wasn't sure how I wanted things to go down in this chapter bc this was really the crossroads story wise, but I think this messed up turn of events is exactly fitting for their family dynamic haha
