There's nothing wrong with having a little fun from time to time to release pent-up feelings.
Don't beat yourself up or feel ashamed if you consume any kind of 18+ content. Desires are a natural part of being human, and finding ways to sustain those desires is healthy and reasonable. And for most lonely people out there, sometimes that's really all they can do.
Obviously, some 18+ content goes too far, yes. But there's nothing wrong with watching, listening or physically partaking in consensual NSFW content that stays within reasonable boundaries.
If it helps you feel better, and it's not hurting anyone, then there's no harm, and there should be no shame, because if there's one thing I've learned on my 20-some-odd years living on this planet is that we all do it.
We ALL do it.
It's part of being human.
