To add on to what I said earlier, this size change could go into bringing back the other girls. The sizes usually go: Gumi > Luka = Haku > Miku = Teto = Neru > Rin

I think the size is great! I can understand some peoples reaction though as it is a large change. I also agree with you that the physics need a bit of work. I'm a sucker for being able to see sideboob from the back (backboob?), so I'd like that to be a thing no matter what changes are made. In any case I look forward to whatever you make next.

Boobs remind me of the St. Louis anime model. Personally think they're a little too big. So may I recommend changing her hair to blue to resemble more St. Louis then continue Haku with her smaller breast size? That way you have 3 models: Haku, St. Louis, and soon to be the new Luka. ;)
