I was thinking more like black panther. Some iterations of batmans glove in the comics have claws on them that are retractable

good idea that might work but seems hard to regulate while at the same time etsy might not even want to play ball so you're right i also think that he would keep going if given the chance, so a notice of intellectual property infringement of some sort has to be made wich seems infeasible to me at this moment in time regarding 3d prints/stl files etc, so you need to get your products patented in some sort of way (easier said then done i know).

Oh that's an interesting one! Hmm, yea where potentially I give a link from here that the Patreon emails me with a statement or something of no distro or similar. I'll ponder this. I'm still wrestling with Etsy behind the scenes cause if he sees that "oh, Etsy tried and actually can't do anything" then he's actually encouraged to continue ripping off more designs cause now he knows nothing happens.

oh lame, yeah indeed there has to be a way to prevent ppl pulling off these shenanigans in the future.... (this is'nt just your problem this is community wide) maybe a non-disclosure agreement with every download regarding printing copies and distributing your product maybe a 2FA with google? just spitballing.

It was great! Unfortunately Etsy gives them a "Counter button" where all he had to say was "I swear this is my work" and now it reposts in 10 days... Soo I dunno, I'll have to look into some other way to force Etsy to take that down somehow

Hey boss, I was thinking for your next project after the folding Batarang, maybe some retractable claws? Batmans gloves have those in some iterations.
