Babied by the Boss (Chapter 15) Finale

Stella felt like she wanted to cry. How could she have been so stupid?! Those messages about the trains being cancelled had been a big stupid lie! None of her trains had ever even been cancelled! It was just Lisa all along who had messaged her! Why hadn’t she Googled it to make sure??
“You see,” Lisa explained. “You are not the first employee who has spent the night at Anne’s house Stella. Several before you, including myself, were invited there at one time or another for different reasons to spend the night.” Stella listened, horrified at what she was being told. “As you may have been able to guess by now, our Ms. Pedigrew is quite a matronly person and after her bedwetting nurse stayed with her she realized that she liked taking care of somebody. But… I’ll let you in on a little secret Stella… her niece stayed with her over 5 years ago.” Stella couldn’t stop herself from showing extreme shock in her face.
“Why does she still have all that stuff then?” Stella asked, confused. “The skirts, the dresses, the… pull-ups…” Lisa eyes glistened; she’d been waiting to break all of this news to Stella. Lisa reached down and placed her hand on Stella’s padded crotch.
“This is why. Because she was waiting. She was waiting for one of her employees to slip up and prove themselves too immature to take care of themselves. She wanted to find an employee who proved to her, without a doubt, that they belonged in a position that she could take care of them. She tried to make every employee who ever stayed with her wear pull-ups to bed, waiting for the one who actually proved that they needed them…” Lisa chuckled happily. “She was waiting for you little girl. All I did was help it along. And not just with text messages…”
Lisa smiled as she tapped on the sippy cup that Stella had been lazily sucking on occasionally since the party started. “All it takes is a tiny dose of some simple things to make a babygirl show her true colors. Aren’t you happy that I got put in charge of getting coffee for everyone the day you first went home with Anne?” Stella’s eyes grew huge again as she realized what Lisa had done. Stella wanted to scream as she pushed the sippy cup away. As if on cue her stomach gurgled again. Stella whimpered in pain and held her stomach. Lisa laughed at her as she tried to hide what she was doing. “Awww, the little girl is about to blow isn’t she?”
Stella whimpered, she felt like her butt against the ground was the only thing stopping her from having a horrible accident. Lisa smiled at her as she leaned into the playpen until she was right next to Stella. She whispered in a low voice. “Oh come on you stupid little baby, we both know that you could never have run this company. Just go ahead and poop yourself and prove to everyone here that this is where you belong.”
Stella couldn’t help herself. She let out a small scream as she stood up and lunged for Lisa. She didn’t know what she was going to do but she knew that she wanted to hurt the other young woman. Unfortunately Lisa caught her by the wrists, and gave her a hard shove back towards the playpen. Stella gasped as she tripped over one of the stuffed animals and stumbled to the ground. As her limbs splayed as she went down Stella felt her entire body suddenly betray her. She had moved from her position that was helping her hold it, and now that she’d fallen over it had been too much for her.
Stella whimpered and moaned in misery but there was nothing she could do to stop it. Immediately she felt heavy warm mush flow out of her and into her pull-up. She tried everything she could to stop herself but it was no use. Whatever drugs Lisa had put into her drink this time had been way too much. Stella held her hands against her padded butt in a crude attempt to physically stop her accident from happening. Even as she held her hands there though she could feel her padding continuing to balloon outwards with the mushiness that was rapidly filling it up.
Finally, Stella just gave up. There was no use trying to stop it anymore. She laid down on the ground and whimpered as her mess continued to pour out of her. Lisa was still standing over her laughing as Stella began to cry. “Awww no, what happened sweetie? Did the little baby have an accident?” Lisa leaned down and reached under Stella’s skirt. She made the younger girl squirm as she pressed down on her butt, squishing the mess around her pull-up even more. “Such a messy little girl. Poor Stella, only little silly babies have poopie accidents in their diapies.” Lisa shoved Stella’s pacifier back into the girls mouth to silence her sobbing.
Stella wanted to punch Lisa in the face but her stomach was groaning in pain too much still to even try to move. She could feel her body positioning itself better to fully complete her messy accident. She had already pooped herself this much, she didn’t care anymore. Stella just laid on the ground crying as her pull-up was filled to its capacity.
Epilogue: After that accident in the middle of that party Stella never truly felt like an adult again. Even though she knew that her accidents had been brought about by Lisa’s meddling, everything had gone too far and Stella didn’t feel very confident in her own maturity anymore.
At the party, while Stella sat in her smelly mess, her worst nightmare of all came true. Ms. Pedigrew started talking to the entire company and eventually named Lisa as her successor. Most people were happy with the decision and not many more were surprised at it either. Lisa has been running the company for a couple months now and stocks in the company are actually on an upward spiral. Seems she’s a natural at it.
Stella has tried several times to tell Anne what had happened and try to get her job back, (Or at least her own adulthood.) but after she found Stella at the party in messy pants she lost all faith in the girl and hasn’t listened to much of her words since. Ever since she had that messy accident at the party she didn’t even trust Stella in pull-ups anymore. Stella had been wearing full-fledged diapers ever since.
Stella thought that once the drugs finally wore off that she could re-earn Ms. Pedigrew’s trust and fight for her old life back but Lisa’s drugs stayed in her system for a long time. Eventually she didn’t know whether she was still having accidents because of the drugs… or because she had really started losing her own control.
Rachel, the new girl, was still trying to make her way into the company. Though she was younger than Stella had been she was doing pretty good so far and replacing her. Ms. Pedigrew had even hired her a few times now to babysit Stella. On these occasions Stella had tried desperately to talk to the girl and get her help but Rachel refused to listen, knowing that it would cost her her own job.
After about a year had gone by since the party, Stella was still in diapers and adorable dresses and Ms. Pedigrew felt happy and content having her own babygirl to take care of. Stella had long given up trying to be “naughty” and was calling Ms. Pedigrew Mommy exclusively now.
Lisa enjoyed sitting in the seat of power. Whenever she saw Stella she enjoyed the sight of her rival that she had completely taken out of the running for any kind of promotion, much less any job in the future.
Stella wouldn’t agree with her as she was put down for a nap, to have an inevitable wet accident; but according to Lisa, everything was now as it should be…

this was my favorite running story but that ending ....... it's not for me :(

Again, another story that didn't have a proper end... You've been losing your hand...
I am very disapointed that Lisa got away with her evil ways and did not get justice for what she did to Stella.
Great story, it felt a lot like some of Hal's classic stories, where an up and coming young professional woman gets taken down a notch, or two.
