The Dare (Chapter 1 of 2)

Chapter 1
“I dare you…” Sharon said, pausing briefly to add that extra flare of drama to the situation. Hallie just rolled here eyes.
“Oh come on, just say it!” Hallie said back, she was still a little salty at herself for even choosing ‘Dare.’ Everyone knows that’s the worst choice in the game. She’d already gone truth 4 times in a row though, so she thought spicing things up would have been a great idea at this pre-game. Her friends, Sharon and Macy, had already started drinking at 3 pm. So, the game was starting to turn embarrassing.
“…To dress up as a baby tonight for Halloween!” Sharon said, instantly bursting out loud in laughter the second the words left her lips. Macy lost it as well, doubling over from her hallowing laughs. Hallie’s jaw dropped, her face contorting into complete shock.
“What?! No! I AM NOT DOING THAT!” Hallie said, throwing her hands up in protest. Her friends could barely shake their heads from how hard they were laughing.
“Ahaha, sorry Hallie! You know the damn rules! You’re going as a fucking baby tonight for Halloween!” Macy said, coming down from her laughter. Sharon nodded her head, then suddenly gasped in excitement.
“*Gasp!* What if we took her like, trick-or-treating! Oh my GOD! Everyone would think she’s an adorable toddler! Ahahaha” Sharon said, the two losing themselves to laughter again.
“WHAT!? NO WAY!!” Hallie yelled back, standing up from where she was sitting. She took a step backwards to keep her balance. She was already starting to feel the affects from those glasses of wine she’s been pounding for a few hours now. It wasn’t so much that she didn’t want to go as a baby for Halloween. She didn’t really care much for the Wendie’s girl costume she bought anyways. It’s that she knew how convincing she’d look.
Hallie wasn’t very tall for being 19, in fact she was severely undersized at just 4 feet. It wasn’t that much of a surprise when someone would mistake her for much younger, especially if she didn’t try to actively look old. She’s always had a pride in how she looks, and frankly she thought she was easily one of the hottest girls on the campus. Sure, she was a bit small, but her confidence in that mirror reflection was higher than most people. Her friends knew that all too well, and that’s why their devilish idea was so perfect to them.
“It’s not a debate, Hallie. Rules are rules, you’re going out tonight as a baby.” Macy said, getting up from her seat on the couch. She started making he way across the room. “I got some pampers back here from when my niece stays over! You could slip right into your role with them, Hallie.” She said, Sharon started giggling, getting up on her own as well. Hallie was buzzed enough to just go along with the stupid flow here. She knew her friends, and they wouldn’t give up until she just caved and did what they wanted anyways.
“Oh! Macy, don’t you have those shortalls you wear sometimes?” Sharon said, taking an extra step to get her balance after standing up. Macy nodded her head ferociously at the question.
“YES! Oh-em-GEE what if we put her in those, and gave her PIGTAILS!!” Macy said, opening up a small cabinet across the room. She dug her arm into it, fishing around there for a few seconds. Hallie was standing on the other side of the room, still in shock that her friends were running away with this entire idea.
That’s when she saw it. Hallie wasn’t entirely sure her friends would actually go through with this; but they did. Macy’s hands reappeared into view, clutching a Pampers Cruisers. It had the classic Elmo design on it, and there was no question it’d fit Hallie’s petit waist.
“Guys come on, this getting ridiculous! I’m not wearing pampers and shortalls out!” Hallie protested, placing a hand on her hip. Her friends just giggled at her response. She had a compelling point though, it was just a simple game of truth or dare. Should they really change their entire night over this?
“Alright, alright.” Sharon said, walking over to reason with Hallie. “What if we made a deal with you?” She said, with a slight slur to her words. Hallie raised an eyebrow in response.
“I’m listening.” She said, ready to hear whatever bullshit her friends were about to say. Sharon shot a sly smile at her friend.
“We’ll buy your drinks for a month if you do this.” She said, with a reasonable tone. Hallie nodded her head, until Sharon added, “AND, I dare you to act as childish as possible while we’re out.” She said, giggling to herself. Hallie threw her hands in the air.
“As childish as possible?! What you want me pissing my pampers in front of some old lady handing out candy? You’re sick!” She said with a little sass. Her friends were really trying to push this on her. Part of her thought it was a stupid idea, but deep down, she knew she could pull it off is she tried. Sure she’d look childish, but she’d still look sexy as hell.
“Maybe, if you really get into your roll! Hahaha. Come on, Hallie. Drinks for a week, and all you gotta do is act wike a wittwe baby for us!” Macy said, walking over to her with the pamper. Hallie rolled her eyes for what felt like the millionth time that day.
“Fine.” She said, grabbing the crinkly pamper from her friends’ hand. “But I’m putting this thing on myself!” She yelled, making her way out of the room. Her friends nodded in acceptance. The two of them beyond excited for all the fun they were gonna have with their friend tonight.

“Guys, I look like I’m fucking two!” She said, looking at her reflection in a random houses window. She looked exactly the part she was trying to play. The shortalls and pigtails complemented nicely with her slight pamper bulge. The Hello Kitty pacifier clipped to her chest was the icing on the cake though. Macy and Sharon just giggled to themselves again.
“Oh hush you, aren’t you supposed to be playing baby for us?!” Macy said, giving a playful swat on her friends bum. Hallie yelped in response, and shot a dirty look. They were on their way to a party across town, and it’d be a while until they finally got there.
Nothing really arose for Hallie to act like a child in front of everyone. She was trying to keep a low profile. Everyone she passed would shoot her weird looks. Some not entirely sure if she was an adult trying to look like a toddler; and others questioning why two kind of drunk women were watching over what looked like a scared toddler. The looks caused her cheeks to grow a deeper red every single time. It wasn’t all bad though, at least until she saw him…
“Holy shit.” Hallie said, stopping in her tracks. About 50 feet away she saw him. She didn’t want to believe it at first, but it was without a doubt him.
“What, baby? Haha.” Sharon said, taking another sip from her ‘Water bottle’.
“Derek guys. Derek fucking Washington.” She said, pointing to the handsome guy walking toward them. The two friends started to crack up again. Derek Washington was one of Hallie’s biggest crushes on campus. No part of her wanted him to see her like this. Who would want to get in her pants if they had to get past a pamper?
“Guys. Please. We need to turn ar- MHMPH!” Hallie was cut off by the sudden rubber nipple forced into her mouth. She didn’t even think of pulling it out, it seemed like it was only a few seconds until Derek was right there in front of them.
“Oh, uh. Hey Sharon, hey Macy. Who’s this?” Derek said, kneeling down a bit to get a look at Hallie. She didn’t even realize she started sucking on the pacifier a little bit. Her cheeks flushed to a deep crimson, as she grabbed her friend’s hand without thinking about it.
“This is my daughter, Winnie. She just turned two! Isn’t that right Winnie?!” Macy said, jiggling her friends’ hand. Hallie’s face became as red as it could possibly get.
“Uh…” She trailed off, not really sure what to do. Should she just act the part? What if he saw right through this? “… Yesh… Yesh Mommy…” She said, gritting her teeth from the embarrassment. She just freely admitted that she was a toddler in front of a guy she had one of the biggest crushes on.
“Cool, didn’t know you had a kid. You gonna be dropping her off at the daycare in the basement at the party?” He said. Hallie’s eyes grew wide. Macy had a wicked smile grow on her face.
“Yes. Yes we are. In fact, we’re heading over right now. Care to join us?” She said, trying to best her hold back some laughter it seemed. Derek shrugged, and joined along the party.
“Jesus Christ, could this get any fucking worse?” Hallie thought, as she held her “Mommy’s” hand, and sucked a little harder on her pacifier.

There isn't one at the moment, I tend to stick to my own stories for audio, but maybe eventually!
I understand what you mean! You'd have to ask Maggie or the person who commissioned this particular story! However you'll see that it's not the only element that might be hard to believe when the next chapter comes out, maybe this is all a halloween dream/nightmare out of the mind of the protagonist! Who knows... Hope you enjoyed the story :)
Great start, I can't wait to see how this plays out. However (at the risk of being pedantic), a 4 foot-tall 2 year-old...? A 3 foot-tall 2 year-old would already be in the top 5% in terms of height..., in fact, even at 5 year-old, being 4 foot-tall would be practically unheard of. For that matter, a 4 foot-tall 19 year-old is also beyond "severly undersized" as, generally speaking, an adult under 4'10" would be considered a dwarf, which would make her short, even for a dwarf...
