I've had a response from the BBC on the misgendering complaint - it's pretty much what one would expect... Have pasted it into a comment on the YT video.

And i seem to remember you saying after part 3 that it would be the last one… well done for keeping the pressure on. Imve submitted a similar complaint to yours, and once the site lets me submit a fresh complaint I also think it will be worthwhile making another complaint about their claim that Chelsea Poe did not warn the author about Lily Cade… reckon it’s worth at least trying to get them to release the audio.

The comment starting at 10:22 on the neutrality of the title brings utterly devastating heat. The nakedly disingenuous rationale of the response is truly laid bare in one slash of the pen. I loved it. How they are going to dig out of this with the ECU saving face is beyond my imagination.

Re: attaching the ECU response to the Ofcom complaint: another possibility is printing the ECU response webpage to PDF and attaching that file. It's slightly faster and will include all the logos and URLs (which may or may not be worth anything).

To ofcom! Journalists don't have to provide balance, good journalists should, and the BBC must. Thems the rules. The ECU response was frustrating to say the least.
