Sorry for not seeing this earlier - I only saw this notification in my email today. Condoms, Emergency contraceptives, and pregnancy tests are only available via the grocery store. This feature was added in 0.0.13. Also, what interactions specifically are resetting your sim? Depending on the interaction, it may not be normal.

Hey so I have tried to play with this and I cannot buy condoms or anything from the hospital. Most all interactions also just reset my sim, is that normal right now ?
