Also, no hate on Dudley here, Muggles can't see Dementors so all Dudley saw was Harry pointing his wand and then him just feeling all the happiness drain out of him. The book has that part in a bit better and explains it a bit more understandable

Got patreon to watch these full blind potter reactions, loving them so far. Slightly unpopular opinion but I've always loved Bellatrix haha, my penchant for crazy characters and celeb crush on Helena Bonham Carter probably doesn't help. I made a DnD character based on her, that was some fun RP but upon trying to do an "evil witch" voice I realised that voice acting is not my strong suit haha.

Another of those movies where the vile and evil characters are played by... really nice folks. The entire Dursley clan is played by folks that everyone adores in real life. Dudley Dursley's actor is the grandson of the 2nd Dr. Who for a weird bit of trivia. Imelda Staunton, who plays the repugnant Dolores Umbridge, is a renowned for being an absolute sweet heart in real life.

reverse uno- apart from the fact Snape did actually throw Harry out of his mind and was able to eventually kick him out, after he got over his surprise while Harry so far never had managed to kick Snape out of his head.

Man Umbridge was beyond cruel, but another thing that for some reason was left out and that would have you hate her more was she was the one who sent the Dementors after Harry. Revealed before she was about to use the Crucio cruse on Harry, stating "someone had to act".

Well I must go to bed so I'll finish later but some things to add. So to be fair to Dudley, he couldn't see the dementors so him blaming Harry here actually does make sense. Also, it's a small detail but one thing they left out of the books is that when Harry tells the Dursleys that it was dementors Petunia actually BELIEVES him because even as a muggle with next to zero experience with the magical world, even she knows about Dementors and how terrifying they are.

Hey Liam if you ever enjoy reading. The Harry Potter books have so much more going on in them that even if you know the plots from the movies the books add enough extra stuff to just build more love for the characters. And having anything that was unclear in the movies, explained better. No pressure. You just seem to be enjoying the series alot.
