It wasn't about racism, and it wasn't clumsy and awkward. It only became it when culture became overly sensitive. The majority of conflicts between blacks and white, blacks and hispanics, hispanics and whites, asian and blacks, etc... are due to people being assholes to one another. Has nothing to do with skin color or ethnic differences.
