The music in the scenes where Paige is a vampire really reminds me of ethereal early Buffy background music, such as is on the menus for the Season 1 and 2 DVDs. Maybe they did that deliberately. I like to think the reason they don't call Buffy is because she's busy dealing with the aftermath of the events of 6x17. Is it just me or does Rowan sound like Sam Witwer?

Trivia: When Paige is in the hospital and suggests it might be vampires, Leo says, "As far as I know, they're part of a whole different network now," it was a joke about Buffy changing networks, from the WB to UPN.
