Sounds like your save might be messed up, but I'd need to see a few screenshot to confirm. Can you join the Discord? Much easier to help there.
Yeah they are in their rooms and i gave them to them. but the character pages are telling me to give them their rooms. All other story content is working fine,

What do you mean stuck? Have you already given them their rooms? Or better question, are you way past that point in your save?
Not sure why but Cleo's and Tsukiko's progression are stuck on give them their new rooms. I can't advance either of their stories, is there a work around or should I just make a new save?
