You can watch Parody 2 after season 13. Osric met Hilly & Hindi when they shared a cab and they became good friends. It was he who recruited everyone at an SPN Con to film their little dances at the end. If they're not in the skit (like Ruthie - Rowena) it's because they weren't at that Con.

I donβt know if youβre familiar with the Supernatural conventions in the US- this was filmed at a convention, which was how they were able to get so many actors. Itβs great!
