I just need yall to know, on another video about this there was a dude twenty comments deep on a thread defending JP's 'define belief' and refusal to answer a simple hypothetical, saying it was ad-hominem and a trap and extreme. The guy sounded sincere and like he was really struggling to accept that maybe JP was being dishonest, so I wrote a really long, really gentle breakdown of what JP was doing, why his 'define belief' thing was a deflection from a simple question about whether he believes in god or not, and that he doesn't answer the question because he seems to be an atheist who thinks religion is good, but only for stupid people, and that the reason this argument was so frustrating for him is because he was trying to defend someone being wilfully dishonest and flighty. And then the page refreshed and the entire thing disappeared. So that sucked. Anyway, great video large Joel. One of the best bits of commentary on this particular disaster.
