Thanks for the update! Take breaks as you need. I'd also totally be up for some Loose Canon style shorter content if that makes it easier to scratch the itch of getting things out once a month. :) Congrats on the book!

For some weird reason despite not being a writer I really like to watch writers advice videos, particularly ones about the trails and tribulations of traditional publishing, like the ones by Alexa Donne and Meg LaTorre. Can't wait for your take on the subject!

(Soon to be read/watch, Congrats on your new book btw) When there's no new content I assume you are hard at work, and I patiently wait for you to perfect your next piece. First and foremost I support a couple people on Patreon to chip in a little with the ultimate goal of helping crowdfund some breathing room for the supported party to pursue something they're passionate about. In some cases this results in videos, no exceptions, in some cases it's like those kickstarters you support, then hear nothing from for a year or two until they announce to your surprise and delight they succeeded and you'll be seeing the fruits of their labor soon! (Which bears similarity to the current situation I suppose?) It's nice to get an update, and my inner hipster is proud to support an author before they were published. I only ever managed to experience that with Bob Chipman. Back to the reassuring words and positive vibes: VERY COOL, 1/7168th of your moderate ... guilt(?) that you can ignore.

I publish my first novel with st martins in the mid 90's. traditional publishing was good for the ego but hard on the soul. You're good at what you do.

No apologies needed. I know how hard it is to get good content created. I'd rather patronize (non-insulting manner) you and get great content at a slow-drip pace than the opposite of that where you churn out daily bad content like a Paul brother.

Let me echo what others have already said: I'm here for the quality, not quantity. I look forward to whatever you create. Take your time and take care of yourself! These times are stressful enough without adding self-flagellation to the mix (unless you enjoy that sort of thing, of course!).

The way I see it, I patronize you ( I mean it in the not-asshole connotation) to be an artist who makes cool stuff. Whether that’s on the main channel, with PBS, or in your own book, I’m cool with it. So no worries, and remember to take care of your health!
