It's a very noticeable color mismatch but doesn't have a mesh gap. Would you like to check it out? I spent a good amount of time trying to fix it but just couldn't match it compared to other characters I've worked this one just doesn't want to match.
The solution I am doing is to prepare a normal map 2 that matches the body separately from the head normal map 1 currently in use. When using the paint tool, only the neck of normal map 2 is taken out, imported as a separate layer into normal map 1, and blended with the blur tool.
It depends on the seam. If there are no gaps and the skin colors match, the cause is usually a normal map or specular map
