FlutterMare 0.92 - Android Build Release

The optimization for the Android build of FlutterMare took a bit longer than expected, so unfortunately our deadline is going to be overshot by a bit. We are going to aim for a 1.0 release by October 11th.
Unfortunately, the WebGL build was facing more serious issues and we have decided to deprecate it for now.
Meanwhile, I have updated the existing links to point to the 0.92 version as well as have added the Android build.
In other news, the writing for the next part of Blue Fast's route is being finalized.
