This recording is designed to be listened to while you are playing a video game. Adjust the volume of this recording so it is just barely audible while you play. This recording will have suggestions to keep your eyes open while you listen and play your game but no suggestions to improve your overall performance while playing. I would highly recommend against playing competitively while listening and instead recommend that you play something that is fun and easy for you. There is no direct wake up command at the end of this recording and instead it just has a suggestion to turn it off when it is time to shut down.

This was very enjoyable. Helps make my Pokรฉmon shiny hunts significantly less monotonous. <3 Only thing I'd say is the binaural beats are a little loud above the voices so I have to turn up the volume a fair bit to hear them, which is a little less comfortable. But all in all, a fantastic file! I really hope to see more files that I can listen to and enjoy while doing other things that don't take much focus. <3 If you have any recommendations as to other files that fit that criteria, I'd be grateful to hear. Expectations are a big thing, but also, tbh audio files aren't the greatest for new people trying to go into trance. I'd hit up a real hypnotist, preferably a hypnotherapist, or at least find someone online that you can Skype call with. Warnings with that though 1. Make sure they're trustworthy 2. Talk about expectations beforehand and what you're looking for. You should be able to tell if someone is a decent person by talking to them enough (and if you can't, idk what to say), so make sure you don't just jump into it, and actually get to know them, and so they can get to know you. Check out discards maybe or other online places that are more interactive to find people. Granted, if you have anxiety, you'll find audios are the most pure form of "no expectations". I've had hypnotists before be all "if it doesn't work, no worries" but then turn around and bully me and be verbally and emotionally abusive when I can't get there. Then again, I have bad relationship standards so don't do what I do lol, and actually leave if you see any red flags. Good luck!

i dont know whether i should give up or not. ive been pledging since last year. but never one i ever enter into trance or felt hypnotized. what should i do?
