Don't worry! I took down this version because I re-uploaded with better compression settings and the intro I forgot! The new version will go public tomorrow. :D

pamdemonia

YouTube says it was removed. 🙁

Good video, what'd you think of the level design in Ion Fury?

Crissa Kentavr

Gimme the BFG. Or a bow. I'm really good with those.

As a non fps player, or rather a dabbler, it was a useful framework on the first principles. If someone asked me to define the difference between loadout and arsenal, my eyes would have glazed over. That being said, I was quite engaged with the abstract concepts. My favorite weapon is still the energy sword from Halo and always will be. Gratz on Cuck coming back. That was some bullshit that I was thinking abt as I watched ThoughtSlime's Crowder vid.

higher = better would've been better to call it "ammo efficiency" now that I think of it

Yay! Cuck is back! Btw please put the links to the videos you reference in the description when you upload to Youtube.

Nice video :) Had a little trouble with the "Ammo Consumption" element of the weapons graph. I still don't exactly understand whether a fuller bar = more ammo efficiency, or a fuller bar = more ammo consumed. I think the issue comes from the other four elements representing positive/desirable traits (Range, Accuracy, RoF, Damage) but the phrase "Ammo Consumption" is potentially negative? ie. Would the "best" gun have all the bars filled, or Ammo Consumption empty and the other four filled?

I just didn't wanna play Half-Life

WGM

I think Half-Life footage would fit better than Black Mesa but otherwise v good.
