To echo (and I know you’re reworking the sound Ian) - I wasn’t sure if it was going for an old newsreel, or a gramophone recording. If you’re angling for something filmic, would you maybe include a projector hum, or is that like insanely passé?

Just want to voice my enjoyment of the old-timey section. I think it fit nicely and works well. The only part that I didn't like was the sound, which you're going to fix up anyway. The hiss of old-technology recording is fun, but if it's too much it can be quite sensorially painful for a segment that long, so subtler is best for me and my neurodivergence.
