Wow, in no time I was deep enough to lose track of my body completely and yet at the same time experienced all the suggestions pertaining to sensations within the body. It’s a very weird feeling but I’m loving it!

Forgive me for getting a little bit poetic with my description here... But, If my mind was a shoal of piranhas in a river, this file is a fishing hook with trance hanging off of it.
