For this recording I recommend listening while in a seated position for the best effects. In this recording the listener will be deeply hypnotized and given very enjoyable hypnotic suggestions that will not only improve their posture but also improve their ability to go into trance and interact with hypnotic items. Thank you. I have never felt compelled to comment on a file before, and have often shrugged off most self-help themed hypnosis as simply not being for me as opposed to other content. But as someone who struggles with back pain often I gave this a chance and have listened about four times now, looping a couple of times each. All day at points I found myself envisioning the crystal, realizing I was not being proper, and correcting, a wave of contentment following each moment. Tonight I have again looped this after other deepeners and find myself fuzzy as I type this. It seems impossible to not listen and want to be a bettter subject. I will be a propersubject. I will sleep.
