Like I have everything in my head on how I want things to go... Like for example when the guy with monocle puts on the monocle the first person he sees with it is trauma girl and with it all he sees is a spirit of destruction, it was too much for him that his eye with the monocle explodes, and gains the idea to use her to destroy the Umbrella Academy, but I don't know is how to make monocle guy and trauma girl meet

Well for the moment just follow the show… you got the “monocle collector” who I assume is the guy from the show who lost his eye. You have 5 and his old boss, aka how 5 finds out how world ends (the trauma girl). After that it’s kinda up to you on how the world is saved/ fucked

Well you have the fucked up backstory girl (fucked up grandparents) as a lineup for the Big bad. Could have MC help and bring back kid/mom(even tho mom would be younger if brought back at age of death) the the comment you made about them meeting the TV show universe. Then you could have them meet the other group from the show (sparrow academy I think)
