Also, my favourite promo of all time happened recently with Tomohiro Ishii giving his thoughts about his upcoming opponent in the IWGP TV title tournament for NJPW. When asked what he thought about Ren Narita, who was returning from excursion as the protege of Katsayori Shibata, he looked at the camrea, said "Tch." and walked away. Best promo ever. I write for the Wrestling Observer (covering NWA Power and Impact Wrestling) and have covered AEW, NJPW, ROH, and others before as well for there and Daily DDT. So, I'm quite in deep on my wrestling fandom lol
