New Overworld Cliffs and Coast

So now that all the expansions for Time Fantasy are done, I wanted to revisit that old idea for an ultimate overworld map tileset. I thought it would be a great way to bring the whole set together and we could fill in the blanks on the overworld for any expansion pack or biome that needs it.
So I went back through the overworld stuff and started to put something together.
Relevant previous patron releases:
When I was working with that set of tiles, I found myself limited by the shorter cliff walls of that map. I like their smaller "height" to show the scale of the world, but they were organized in a weird impractical way-- likely as a result of me trying to force it into 8x8 autotiles. :P
Anyways, I found myself wanting to make regular taller cliffs, so I creates some tiles that work to extend the overworld cliffs:
After that, we needed to extend the coastline autotile tiles in the same way, so everything is interchangeable and works together. So the new ones go to the edge of the tile and can therefore be used in combination with the cliff tiles. Now we can have deeper rocky cliffs that go into the ocean.

Now, tbh...
I didn't make anywhere NEAR the kind of progress I was hoping to. I wanted to have more to show today, but these extended cliff tiles are about as far as I got. This set is very complicated-- specifically because RPG Maker's tile restriction is tedious and we have more tiles than we could fit onto any tileset.
So I've spent a lot of time on trying to organize tilesets-- it's like putting together a puzzle!
You can see in the preview images above: some of the tile transitions are a little rough. That's from trying to piece everything together. So I'm asking for your advice on this one:
How would you organize or arrange a set like this? How much variety do you expect on a single sheet?
Is worth it to keep trying to fit into the RPGMaker limitations-- do the tilesets become less useful when the entire set has to be dedicated to just a couple of terrain types (like in the A5 download above)? Do RM users work around these limits; is "parallax mapping" something that could use my tiles from a master sheet without regard for autotile formatting? Maybe even with some premade chunks or structures.
I feel like I could come up with some pretty sick stuff if I let loose...
Speaking of which...
I have an idea to put together some sort of community project that would use RPGMaker, where anybody who signs up can submit some maps for a shared Time Fantasy world. I think it could be a fun way to work together to fill any requests or missing pieces to fill out the rest of the TF world map tileset.
If that sounds like something that might be interesting, let me know your thoughts.

Will these overworld tiles be part of a pack in the future? Will they also come in Time Elements colors?

Thanks for the offer and for the well-thought-out comment. I do prefer the way that XP did tilesets, always felt like a step backwards when they limited the tilesets after that in VX. Will probably lean towards a master sheet like that-- I'll be playing around in RPG Maker all weekend to figure it out! :)

Reading like you struggle with the corset of the MV/MZ tileset standards, I can imagine it would be easier and allow your creativity more room to loosen the chains a bit. Now, I can understand the wish to offer MV/MZ compatible sheets (they are probably the most used makers now, sadly). As a RPG Maker user myself, but XP where tilesets are more designed in the way of a master sheet with additional autotiles, I see the fixation on MV/MZ compatibility a bit as an obstacle. But I guess that's just my (little biased) view due to not liking the new makers (especially due to their bad mapping and tileset systems. I'm not sure my comment is helpful to be honest... :D... but still, I just wanted to throw in my 2 cents to let you know, that there are people around who like a master sheet and put the assets into a tileset and/or autotiles suited for the maker or engine in general which is going to be used. I could also offer to try/test things out in, let's say RPG Maker XP, if you are interested.
