Performance wise they're about the same in my opinion. Surfshark is a lot cheaper though and Nord had some bad press because they had a customers private info data breach.

As a teacher and a woman who likes older men, I would never consider a romantic relationship with a student. That's a power dynamic I'd never entertain. I see the whole pregnancy thing, though. I'm extremely afraid of pregnancy and uncomfortable with it, but the appeal behind pregnancy during the quarantine. Many people don't want to be pregnant where they have to interact with others.

I think I prefer the real life stories. Like that Reddit thred by that gay man who married a transman because of the homophobia of their country forced both into the closet so it was a marriage of convenience for both of them since one was biologically female. And quarantine has made the writer of the threat to realize he was in love with his husband. (And now they live in America where they can be open about who they really are.)
