Suggestion time, normal food in the game
🕑 Added 2024-03-21 15:45:57 +0000 UTCDuring the gameplay it would not be possible to regain health or hunger with normal food, since that would defy the theme of the game.
But in the city hub world it would, because in there one should get to know the characters instead of just seeing them as killing machines.
So I was thinking in different effects some food items would give the player, to make it more entertaining than just a health up. All of the playable girls would have a favorite food that would give longer and stronger bonuses.
Right now im thinking in some canned drinks, you are welcomed to share your ideas with me. I was thinking in something like energy drinks giving more speed, but with a side effect of imput delay and such.
The rest of canned drinks I have planned are: Tea, champagne, wine and soda.

Champagne making it harder for the character to be damaged but also harder to keep prey down in their stomach as the champagne bubbles make them more likely to burp. Wine making it so that the character is damaged less when hurt but controls have a noticeable lag just like when someone is genuinely deeply inebriated.

ice cream allows to freeze ennemies but sometime your char stop trembling from cold/brain freeze fatty food makes you harder to damage and can break some obstacles but you're slowed fish lets you swim underwater for a duration but being out of water during that duration inflict damages chicken lets you fly a la flappy bird
