That's ok, the game has a non-sandbox mode too. There's secondary storylines and extra content that will be sandbox-exclusive, but if you want a casual, straightforward experience (as in Monster College), it won't be an issue. I suggest giving it a try, but if it's not your thing, that's understandable :)
