I love this series! No one ever reacts to it. I also have a question. Do you guys ever take movie suggestions? Seeing you guys and knowing your love for kids, have you guys ever watched the movie No Escape from 2015? Stars Owen Wilson and Pearce Brosnan... just seeing the 2 parents doing everything they can for their kids makes me wanna see how you guys feel about the movie? It is a great thriller survival movie. I truly enjoyed it. And loved the acting especially from Lake Bell.

Mildreth was raised a Christian and loves her faith. Uthred being raised a Dane went into prayers before the King and wielded his sword and showed pure blasphemy during a sacred event and was even warned multiple times. His hot headedness was what she was sneering at. She was completely upset and warranted in doing so. He could have been executed because of it and she believed he needed some humiliation and to kneel. Well he doesn’t kneel. She loves him but his faith is the opposite of hers and a lot of people blame Mildreth for not siding with Uthred because he’s the main character but he completely was in the wrong. He’s lucky to be alive at all and Alfred gives him a lot of opportunity when everyone wants him dead. Mildreth unfortunately has a crappy husband during his youth and he’s very naive and hotheaded. She deserves a better husband honestly.

Fun little detail about Skorpa - he has deep horizontal grooves filed in his teeth, which was a practice of Swedish (mostly) Vikings. Historians aren't sure why Vikings filed their teeth, but they do know that the filed teeth were often dyed using red berries or, in Skorpa's case, blood. The most obvious explanation for the filing is, of course, intimidation. After all, what's even scarier than a Viking? A Viking with cannibal decorations.

I hate this cliff hanger!!!!! Yes, SAD! The marriage. But I don’t think it’s about not getting credit. It’s about loyalty and pride. Mildred’s face, sneering — while on his knees, crawling through shit. He would have died before allowing shame to come to her. She sneered Uhtred. It was the greatest moment of disrespect and thats when marriage died.. She could’ve gone to Alfred and begged. She could’ve defended her husband. I also think he loves his son he was just saying”not my son” because he’s angry. Anxious for your next upload!!!
