Awesome show right? I knew you guys would like it. I guarantee it'll be in your top 3 by the end. There's so so much more to come. It hasn't even started yet. I'm excited to watch it with you both 😁

Good reaction guys. This second part of season 2 is among the best of the show. It really gets even better moving forward, and yes this is a show, that despite some small dip in writing in the last two seasons, still manages to wrap up things quite lovely (and much earlier than the books).

I love how Clapa literally flexes on everyone when the doors are opened.

Sooo happpy u love this Steven! Knew you would! The brothers isn’t so emotional for me I cry every time they’re around each other! This episode is so moving and it’s one of my favorite of all series!! Ps They kept cutting to Sihtric while Ragnar was fighting because he was the bastard son who hated him!

Re: Ramsay Bolton: Actually I believe GOT got the idea from TLK. Something…?or coincidence… this was shot prior. They have talked about their like of the show!

I think his concludes the ending of book 3 if I remember right. The Lords of the North. What an episode! So much action packed in just one episode. Once again, so happy you guys are connecting with the show and really liking it. Destiny is all

I believe every season is based on 2 books. But more came out so they did the movie which I can't wait to see

Tell you from right now it seriously gets even better. The casting of this show was phenomenal and the writing to be able to wrap each story up amazingly and move on to the next is unlike any other show I've seen
House Powers
Alfred has good reason to not trust Uhtred & to send Steapa with them, as we have seen, he tends to deviate from the plan. Yes he's successful for the most part, but that's only because he's the main character. As a Dane and warrior, he can be a bit of a wild card.

The first two seasons tried to adapt two books a season. As such, in both seasons, you'll notice a moment that feels like it should be the grand climax of the season but which occurs about halfway through, while the show moves on to a whole other storyline by the next episode. In season 1, that was Uhtred fighting and killing Ubba. And of course here it's Ragnar and Uhtred laying siege to Dunholm.

Feels like a season finale <3
