They had Luanne's body turned away because the actress was hired for another gig. They didn't lock her down for the contract. That's why they focused on her car.

Zobelle tells the Sons to stop sell guns to the Niners and Mayans and yet Zobelle is giving them guns.

Yeah, there's no 'Prospect' clothing out there because they didn't want people getting ganged up on by real bikers. There was an article about how FX really didn't release a lot of clothing for SOA. They were scared about crossing the line with real clubs.
