understandable, but the show made a clear effort in the first two seasons to show that Gemma has respect from every member of the club and that she has earned leeway, she's integral to the son's operation

the nate/gemma situation is so heartbreaking… :( i have one resident where i work who has dementia and his wife lives independently elsewhere, but still visits him a couple times every week, but he forgets that so he’s very lonely, and doesnt often like to join the activities with everyone. so several times everyday I’ll call her for him to talk to and immediately hes so happy when he hears her voice🥹 when she answers he goes, “is this my sweetheart?” the tears i fight sitting at that desk lol.

I wouldn’t have told Gemma either but not because it would be too much for her. Rather, I wouldn’t tell her because she is a wild card and would do something crazy that the club would have to clean up … and they don’t have time for her chaos right now. Her actions are so selfish to me. She just does what she wants and the club has to clean it up. The club leaders take votes on action together for a reason, so it irritates me when she thinks she’s above that and the club seems okay with it.
